Tunnel of Hope Tours
The tunnel under the airport runway was the besieged city’s only land link to the outside world: hand-dug, unlit and just high enough to stoop through. A preserved section survives at the house where it surfaced, with the museum built around it. Most visits pair the site with the hills above the city, and several are guided by people who used the tunnel themselves.
